In the wake of some uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 virus I wanted to reach out to our amazing clients and provide some positive, refreshing reassurance that the Rustic Trades team has taken precautionary steps to maintain a healthy, virus free working environment in our shops and showrooms as we proceed with production of your furniture.
We are proceeding as normal with scheduled deliveries resulting in minimal production delays. We will be delivering clean, sanitized, newly crafted furniture into your home with symptom and virus free delivery personnel. We will proceed with precautionary steps on our end to ensure a safe and sanitary delivery with the expectation that you will also provide the same, clean environment for our delivery team.
When our staff contacts you to coordinate the delivery of your order we will ask if you or your household has any symptoms that CDC states are in relation to the COVID-19 virus. If your household is experiencing these symptoms we will take steps to deliver your furniture when the home is deemed virus/symptom free. If you prefer to pick up your furniture we are happy to schedule a time for you to pick up your table at your local Rustic Trades shop location. Please reach out if you have any questions!

My thoughts and prayers go out to the families that are affected by this virus especially the elderly that are most at risk as well as families with stir crazy small children in lockdown. I believe we will get through this outbreak and come out better than ever before!
